Flat Rate Shipping Policy
We charge a flat rate of $10.00, and delivery within 1-3 days AFTER we process your order (see order processing below). We offer RUSH processing and all forms of express delivery if you need your order sooner. Please contact us and we can discuss your shipping options.
Order Processing
We make every attempt to get your order in the mail on the same day, if placed before 10am Eastern Standard Time. In general, orders are processed the same day, or the following day, after we receive the order confirmation. We process orders 7 days a week. We also offer rush processing and we offer all forms of express delivery if you need your order sooner. Please contact us and we can discuss your options and total costs.

Return Policy
Hi, I am the owner of Nature's Reward. I want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. It is the top priority of this company that we meet or exceed your expectations. I will happily handle your concerns and provide you a full credit towards a different item if you are simply unsatisfied with the product you purchased. Returns must be approved. If an error was made when we were fulfilling your order we will give you full money back and pay return shipping or we will ship out a replacement at our cost. Please make any claims within 7 days of receiving your order.

If your product was damaged during shipping please call me at 814-502-0849 within 7 days after receiving your order. Please have ready the invoice number, date of your order, your name and contact information.
