Yes, we have experienced that, too. We use WIX as our website provider and this seems to be a glitch in the WIX ecosystem and not on our end. Simply leave the checkout area and then come back into it. All of your points will reset.

This happens when a person uses two different email addresses. One for logging into your Member Account and a different one for the Mailing List. Some folks use a general "dump address" when signing up for random mailing lists, newsletters, etc. No worries though. Simply join the mailing list using your member account email address and the 50 bonus points will load into your account.
